We offer thoughtfully designed, modern apartment homes paired with exceptional amenities; such as a 2 tiered resort-style pool, resident clubhouse, premium fitness room, dog park, coffee bar, and more; so you can enjoy both comfort and convenience in your day-to-day life.

Through the Affordable Housing Program, qualified applicants have access to affordable housing options without sacrificing quality or location. Our goal is to make it easier for hardworking individuals to live near their place of work while enjoying everything the San Antonio area has to offer.

Do I qualify for Affordable Housing?

To pre-qualify for the Stonehill at Piper's Creek Affordable Housing Program, your total household income must fall under the following Area Median Income (AMI) limits.

In order to ensure that all applicants are appropriately and fairly selected for the next available unit, please follow the steps to apply below.

1. Complete your application online or complete the paper application by downloading, signing and returning the following document:

2. Pay via the online application, or using certified funds, the application fee is $55.00 (per applicant).

We have limited availability of affordable housing units, only completed and signed applications that fall within the income limits of the program will be processed in the order they are received. If the unit is not available, the application will automatically get added to the waitlist.
